The straight-through discharge allows for high capacity product separation. Dual external vibrator motors are positioned at 180 degrees and can strategically be adjusted to provide an infinite range of separating patterns for a variety of products.

Tec Scrn Indirect Drive Vibrating Separators are specifically designed as low-maintenance, high-volume production units. The standard, inexpensive, off-the-shelf motors and bearings can be quickly replaced, increasing production time while reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
The QuickAdjust lead angle system enables the operator to quickly react to changes in product variations and specifications. Tec Scrn engineers will work with your product in our test facility to establish the most efficient configuration for your screening process.
